Spiced Mandarin Mojito

Ingredients

  • 30ml LWF Distilling Spiced Mandarin Rum
  • 30ml Mandarin juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 125ml soda water
  • ice (3-5 cubes)
  • mint leaves (4)
  • Traditionally served in a tall glass
  • Mandarin slices to garnish

Method

In tall glass add LWF Distilling Spiced Mandarin Rum, Mandarin Juice, Simple syrup and stir. Add ice and top with soda water. Slap mint (this brings out the oils and smell but unlike muddling, does not leave bits of leaves all through your teeth) and add to glass. Stir to combine. Garnish with slices of mandarin and mint as desire.
