Sours are a simple drink that look impressive. This one brings out the tart notes of the Rhubarb Rum – has a beautiful pink hue and is gorgeous sipping cocktail
Ingredients
- 60ml LWF Distilling Rhubarb Rum
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- egg white
- ice
Method
Shake all the ingredients vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish as desired (poached rhubarb strip or lime peel).
