The Classic Espresso Martini is even more delicious with LWF Distilling White Rum. For reference I like my coffee black no sugar, so you may need to up the sugar syrup. I don’t use coffee liquor, because I like to keep cocktails simple.
45ml LWF Distilling White Rum
60ml Espresso Coffee (cooled, add ice if you need to cool quickly)
30ml Sugar Syrup
So I like the foam, you can get this by simply combining the ingredients, shaking and strain into your lovely Martini glass, however I find a quick blitz in your food processor gives lots of foam that eventually settles into something similar to the picture above. Classically garnished with coffee beans.
