- 10ml Vermouth

Either method will cool down, mix and dilute the drink somewhat. Either way strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish as desired.
We’ve used an extra dry vermouth, but a sweet vermouth equally suits LWF Distilling Feijoa Rum – it just depends on your preference.
