For those who like to sip there drinks a martini is a beautiful drink with the right spirit. Although classically vodka or gin a good quality white rum like LWF Distilling White Rum is a great pairing in a martini.
Ingredients
60ml LWF Distilling White Rum
15ml Vermouth (I prefer dry)
Ice
Garnish – olives, orange peel or ginger slice
Combine everything but the garnish, either shake or stir, poor into chilled martini glass. Garnish as per your preference – all three work well with LWF Distilling White Rum.
