Raspberry & Rhubarb Lamington

Ingredients

• 60ml coconut milk
• 45ml LWF Distilling Rhubarb Rum
• 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
• 10ml simple syrup

Method

Blitz and sift through a fine sieve into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with raspberries – ENJOY!
