Ingredients
- 45ml LWF Distilling Limoncello
- 30ml lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 125ml soda water
- mint leaves
- ice
Method
Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup (in shaker or cocktail tumbler). Add lime juice, LWF Distilling Limoncello and ice, top with soda water and stir.
Adjust simple syrup to suit your taste. Because limoncello already has sugar in it we have pulled it back for this recipe
