Ingredients
- 45ml LWF Distilling Feijoa Rum
- 1/2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped, plus one slice to garnish
- 15ml simple syrup
- ice
- soda water
Method
Muddle chopped kiwifruit with simple syrup and LWF Distilling Feijoa Rum. Add ice and shake. Strain into chosen glass and top with soda water.
