Barrel Rested Sour

Ingredients

45ml LWF Distilling Barrel Rested Rum

10ml orange juice

10ml lime juice

1 tsp brown sugar

egg white

ice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice filled glass.
