Rum has a strong link to tropical climes and, although New Zealand is not exactly tropical, we do manage to grow some tropical fruit. OUr distiler has fond memories of hunting for passionfruit on the farm here in Taranaki and knew the sweet yet sharp fruit would work well with the distinctive LWF Distilling Rum Funk!

Pairs simply with soda water or lemonade, sings in a passionfruit mojito, or adds a distinct tropical feel to a pina colada.
